EHS software
Keep the plant safe, and prove it.
MaintenanceIQ EHS is environment, health and safety software for factories: incidents, permits to work, lockout, risk assessments, CAPA and more, in the same system as your maintenance work. It helps your EHS head see what is open, close it properly, and report LTIFR and TRIR from the hours actually worked.

Reporting and action
Know what is open on the floor today.
A near miss reported at 10:00 should not wait for the monthly meeting. Anyone can report a hazard or an observation. Incidents carry witnesses, an investigation checklist and cause analysis.
Every corrective action becomes a CAPA with an owner, a due date, a separate verifier and an effectiveness check, so actions are closed for real, not just ticked.
- Hazard reporting and observations
- Incidents with witnesses, investigation and causes
- CAPA with verifier separation of duties and effectiveness checks
Control of work
No lock, no release.
High-risk work starts with a permit and ends with a proper handback. Permits record gas tests, the named crew and a gated handback.
Lockout and tagout isolations carry personal locks, and an isolation cannot be released while a lock is still on.
- Permits to work with gas tests, named crew and gated handback
- LOTO isolations with personal locks
Risk
Assess risk the same way every time.
HIRA assessments compute the score, the risk band and whether the risk is acceptable, and record the controls by the hierarchy of controls.
Inspections run from templates, and 5S audits give each area a band you can track over time.

People, materials and readiness
Keep people, chemicals and equipment in date.
Competency register
Certificate source, verifier and expiry for every competency.
PPE matrix and issuance
Who needs what, and what was issued to whom.
Chemicals
GHS classification, storage segregation, statutory thresholds and an approval lifecycle.
Legal register
A renewal clock, so licences do not lapse quietly.
Fire and first aid
Fire equipment and first-aid kits on record, with their checks.
Emergency preparedness
Drills, assembly points and alarm signals, all on record.
Reporting
Report numbers you can defend.
Log man-hours and LTIFR and TRIR follow from them. Every rate and total is worked out when you read it, never stored, so a corrected entry can never disagree with its own total.
Environmental aspects are recorded aspect by aspect, with their impacts, and GHG emissions are tracked across Scope 1, 2 and 3 in tCO2e.
Try the LTIFR and TRIR calculator to see how the rates are worked out.
One platform
Safety on the same record as maintenance.
Same platform, same assets
EHS runs alongside your work orders and asset register, so safety and maintenance teams look at the same plant.
Audit log on every write
Every change is recorded, and evidence can be attached to any record.
Access by role, factory and department
People see and change only what their role allows, in the sites they work in.
Shared picklists
Controlled lists stop "Disptach" and "Dispatch" turning up side by side in your reports.

Frequently asked questions
Is EHS included in Core CMMS?
No. EHS is a separate module, licensed and switched on for your organization. It works alongside Core and the industry modules.
Does it calculate LTIFR and TRIR?
Yes, from the injuries and man-hours you record. The rates are calculated each time you view them, so they always match the underlying records.
Does MaintenanceIQ certify us to a safety or environmental standard?
No. It keeps the records and evidence an auditor asks for. Certification comes from your certification body.
Is the app in our language?
