Work orders and requests, preventive maintenance by calendar or usage, assets, calibration, spare parts, downtime and breakdowns, reliability analytics with OEE, MTBF and MTTR, cost, and the installable mobile app for technicians.

Single sign-on and API access
Both ship with the product. People can sign in with the company identity your IT already runs, and other systems can read and write maintenance records through a token-authenticated API. Seats and modules are still quoted for your plant. See single sign-on and API access.

How is MaintenanceIQ priced?

Is there a free trial?
Yes. A self-serve three-day trial gives full access straight away. When it ends, the workspace becomes read-only and your data is kept.
Can we start with one line and add more later?
Yes. Most plants start with one line or asset group. Seats, sites and modules can be added as you extend.
Is condition monitoring included?
It is an add-on for Core CMMS, and it is included automatically with the Foundry & Metals module.
What happens if we switch a module off?
Switching a module off hides it. The records it holds are kept, so switching it back on brings them back.
