This website, www.maintenanceiq.in, is run by Codiot Technologies LLP, 601, Colonnade 2, Behind Rajpath Club, Opposite Infostretch, Rajpath Rangoli Road, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad 380054, Gujarat, India. Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary, and under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we are the controller, for the data described here.

This notice covers this marketing website only. The MaintenanceIQ application has its own terms, agreed with each customer.

If you accept cookies

We load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. They collect anonymous usage and interaction data: the pages you view, how you arrived, clicks and scrolling, your device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. Clarity also records how pages are used (clicks, scrolling and mouse movement) so we can see where a page is confusing. Clarity runs with strict masking, so the text on the page and anything you type into a form is hidden from the recording.

We use this only to understand how the site is used and to make it better. We also count a few actions, such as clicks on "Start free trial" or a successful demo request, without any personal details attached.

If you reject cookies, or your browser sends Global Privacy Control

Neither tool loads, nothing is sent to Google or Microsoft from this site, and no analytics cookies are set. We store only your choice, so we do not ask again on every page.

If you book a demo

The demo form asks for your name, work email, company and a message. We use them only to reply to you and arrange the demo. The form is sent to our team by email through our email delivery provider (Resend). These details are never sent to Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity.

If you use a free calculator

The inputs, formulas and examples on our calculators are open to everyone. To see the result for your own numbers, you enter your work email once; your name, your company and the "Send me occasional MaintenanceIQ updates" box are optional and never pre-ticked. We send your email, the details you chose to give, the numbers you entered and your result to our team by email through Resend, so we can contact you about MaintenanceIQ. We send you product updates only if you ticked the box. Your browser then remembers for six months that you have unlocked the calculators (browser storage named miq-calc-unlock). None of this is sent to Google Analytics or Microsoft Clarity.

Hosting

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes basic request data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

• We run no ads, and advertising signals are always switched off in our analytics.
• We do not use Google signals or any advertising features.
• We do not sell or rent personal data.
• We never put names, email addresses, phone numbers or company names into analytics events or web addresses.

Use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page to change your choice at any time. If you withdraw consent, tracking stops straight away, the page reloads without analytics, and the _ga, _ga_XYJ3R0EPMH, _clck and _clsk cookies are deleted from your browser.

We honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as a no and do not show the banner. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

These providers may process data outside India and the European Economic Area, including in the United States, under their own terms and safeguards.

Analytics data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account and for the periods Microsoft applies to Clarity data. Demo request emails are kept for as long as we need them to follow up with you, and deleted when you ask us to.

In India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023)

You can withdraw consent at any time, ask for a summary of your personal data and how it is processed, ask us to correct, complete or erase it, nominate another person to act for you, and raise a grievance with us. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

In the European Union and the UK (GDPR)

We rely on your consent for analytics, and you can withdraw it at any time without affecting earlier processing. You can ask for access to, correction of, or erasure of your data, ask us to restrict processing, object to processing, and ask for a copy in a portable format. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

To use any of these rights, or to raise a grievance, write to info@codiot.com. We will reply as soon as we can and within the time the law allows. Analytics data is anonymous to us, so we may not be able to link it to you; withdrawing consent and clearing cookies is the quickest way to stop it.

This website is meant for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
